The Charter App combined with the Drivers App is the core of your fleet management. But how do you keep track of ‘one way’ charters? The Charter App makes your trips transparent, even if they are performed by ‘one way’ charters. Send trips via the TMS package to your own pool of ‘one way’ charters.

Journey request by email

Offer journey requests within your pool of one-way charters.

You send trip requests by e-mail from your TMS package to your pool of “one way” charters. The e-mail contains a link to download a customized version of the Drivers App, which only provides insight into trip data. The email contains loading and unloading information, terms and conditions, billing details and also a ‘hash’ code, which serves as a reference point in your organization and is visible on the map. This code allows you to track and access your charter via messaging.

Manual record keeping is at an end with automated trip registration. Also, you’ll never have to have a discussion with the tax authorities again and you won’t run the risk of fines and additional taxes.

Charter App in use​

After downloading and automatically installing the Drivers App, the charter performs the journey on its device.

When the journey is complete and all tasks are completed, the charter can close the journey using the ‘end of journey’ button in the Drivers App. The final data are sent back to the office and the app becomes unusable for the charter. The Charter App can then be deleted from the device or redeployed for a new journey in the future. 

Handling and collection of data​

Once the journey has been completed, the journey immediately disappears from the map in our web portal.

The journey data are automatically transmitted to the TMS for further processing. And the great thing is: our prices are flexible, based on your usage and with no hidden charges. That way you never pay more than you need!
