ETA's and trip list linkage
You have insight into positions, statuses, driving and resting times, ETA’s and follow-up addresses from the trip list. In the trip history, you can accurately track your drivers’ trips with graphic animation. Easily set POIs, perform vehicle location checks or quickly plan a route to help your drivers. Drivers then get the trip list in their own Drivers App, with location, question paths and navigation.
Drivers App and Web portal are fully linked
Our apps are linked to driver, vehicle, or both and are easy to manage. Simply, you can always see which driver, on which vehicle, with which phone or tablet is where. With real-time or historical information that you can largely manage yourself. Deeper integration with adding tachograph data or trailers is also among the many possibilities.
Real-time communication
Make use of the message box, where the driver has direct contact with planning, telephone traffic, or new and changed loading or unloading actions that are immediately visible to the driver in the FleetGO Drivers App via a pop-up. Geofencing is a powerful tool that enables you to set virtual boundaries around locations or specific areas. Receive an instant message (whatsapp, sms, call, email, notification) when a vehicle enters or leaves a predefined area, or get notified when there is some unexpected activity within or outside predefined hours. Or even better, think of your own scenarios in which you would like to be alerted.
Report
Convenient report functions provide relief and are extensively filterable to easily find what you are looking for. For example, detail reports where per-minute geographic data and entered activities are displayed, by vehicle, employee trailer or license plate. Start-stop summaries, tax reports, tank reports or activity summaries. They can be run by start and end date and are available whenever you want.
