Customer Support Specialist Enthusiastic & Customer Minded Professional
As Customer Support Specialist you’ll be responsible for helping our customers with all of their questions about the use of our products. You’ll be the first line of contact with our customers and you work closely together with all other teams to deliver an oustanding experience for our clients.
- Answering support questions
- Answering (pre-)sales questions
- Write and maintain help documents
- Support of Sales Representatives
- All kinds of other stuff, you’ll never be bored!

You’re a great, natural communicator and are able to help customers with all kinds of matters. You’ll answer the phone, answer on tickets and e-mails and help us improve help-documents.
You’ll be part of our Support Team and you’ll be working at our headquarters in Hattem, The Netherlands.
The Desired Skillset
- Min. 1 years of experience in customer support
- Professional communication skills
- Highly motivated en enthusiastic
- Experience in technology and cloud solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A second or third language is preferred (professional level)
