Get to know: Vincent van Beek

Hey Vincent, the floor is yours! Can you tell us something about yourself?

Of course! My name is Vincent van Beek, 30 years old and from Olst, located in the Netherlands. I work as a Senior Support Specialist at FleetGO. I am married to my wife, Lisette and father of two beautiful children aged 2 and 4.

Can you share more about your professional background?

I have a background in the telematics industry, to be specific, customer service. Before joining FleetGO, I worked as a Customer Service Engineer at V-tron in Deventer, where I gained a lot of experience in supporting customers and optimising systems and customer processes that were connected with the telematics services they provided. I am looking forward to continue doing this at FleetGO!

What do you do within FleetGO as a Senior Support Specialist?

My role mainly consists of supporting customers with their questions and solving challenges with our systems. I also work closely with other teams to improve the customer experience and make processes more efficient.

I do this in a hybrid form. That means that three days a week I work for the Dutch market and two days a week I am part of the International team.

What is it like working at FleetGO?

Working at FleetGO is dynamic and challenging. No day is the same and I appreciate the collaboration with colleagues and the opportunity to really make a difference for our clients. The atmosphere is very comfortable in the office and there is always room to learn and grow.

Do you have any other hobbies besides work?

Definitely! In my free time, I love to travel. The summer vacation to Italy is already booked for 2025! I love discovering new technologies and occasionally playing video games. In addition, I like to visit professional soccer games. And spending time with friends and family is very important to me. The kids are growing fast, every stage of life has its beautiful facets to enjoy.

What do you hope to accomplish at FleetGO?

I would like to continue to grow within FleetGO and further develop my technical knowledge. I also hope to contribute to improving our customer service and optimizing our systems so that we can help customers even better.
