FleetGO Summit 2025

CustomerEvent Ainring

Successful launch: FleetGO welcomes customers and partners at Kulturhof Berchtesgaden

On Thursday, November 6, FleetGO welcomed around 40 customer representatives to the Kulturhof Berchtesgaden. With bright sunshine and an impressive panorama of the Watzmann and the surrounding Berchtesgaden Alps, the participants were treated to a backdrop that could hardly have been more fitting for the occasion.

The customer event, held in this form for the first time, not only created an ideal setting for intensive personal exchange. It also marked the start of the upcoming brand integration of Wanko into FleetGO, which was completed on December 1st, 2025.

Our moderator Christian Schulz, VP Human Resources, Quality Management & Regional Manager, guided us through the day, creating a special atmosphere with his lively, warm, and typically Bavarian manner.

The best of both worlds – Wanko becomes FleetGO

The day began with Alexander Wanko, Enterprise Solutions Manager and Founding Partner, who provided a deep insight into Wanko’s more than 50-year history – marked by successes, challenges, and the continuous development of our software solutions for the logistics industry.

He particularly emphasized the long-standing cooperation with many of our customers, which has often grown over decades. These trusting relationships, he emphasized, have had a decisive influence on the company and made it what it is today.

He expressed his gratitude to all those who have accompanied us on this journey: loyal customers, committed partners, and long-standing employees. Their joint efforts have created a foundation of trust and personal commitment – a basis on which the team is now starting a new chapter under the name FleetGO.

Our COO Jens Beukers then opened the main part of the program and presented guests with an outlook on the future of the FleetGO brand: from our shared vision to the strategic priorities that will guide us in the coming years.

Building on this, Alexander Wanko and Albert Bachmann, Technical Sales, presented the current development status of our logistics software suite, which has been expanded to include numerous functions and tools. These innovations help our customers plan, control, and evaluate their logistics processes even more efficiently. In addition, both gave an outlook on further optimizations that will further increase the performance and user-friendliness of the solutions in the future.

Rob Landeweer, VP Marketing & Sales, and Sven Claessens, VP Product Development, then presented the expanded portfolio under the FleetGO umbrella to our customers and showcased current solution developments such as FleetGO AI and FleetGO Connect.

Our partner companies—Bosch, TradeLink, ZeKju, infoware, and GLOBOS—enriched the program with inspiring presentations about their collaboration with FleetGO Ainring and insights into their own product portfolios.

In the subsequent networking session, participants had the opportunity to visit the stands of FleetGO and our partners, ask questions, exchange feedback, and discuss future projects together.

Review & Outlook

Overall, we can look back on an extremely successful event with our team and our customers. The combination of expert knowledge, personal exchange, and future-oriented innovation was very well received by all participants.

The overwhelmingly positive response underscores the broad support for the path we have chosen and the great anticipation for the next steps under the FleetGO brand.

We would like to thank all participating customers for their openness, enthusiasm, and many personal conversations. This gave the event a special atmosphere and made the day an extraordinary experience for us at as well. That is why we are not ending this review without the prospect that this may not be the last event of its kind—so that we can continue to think ahead, grow together, and fill the future of FleetGO with life.
