Route optimisation

Work processes can be modelled with full flexibility: from creating jobs and approving them, status reports and creating documents, all the way to automated notifications. Repeating processes can be standardised, dependencies clearly defined and manual work reduced.
Third-party compatibility
Our system can be quickly integrated into existing IT environments thanks to the choice of interfaces. It supports common standards and integration protocols, so connections to telematics or ERP systems, on-board computers, customer portals or warehouse
management systems can be established without too much effort. Data is shared with no intermediate manual steps, processes remain seamless, and the system can be used productively immediately after connection.

FleetGO TMS Enterprise represents a central customer and supplier management system where all relevant data can be recorded, managed and factored into route and job planning.
Basic materials data management
The software makes it possible to manage materials, product or item master data centrally, including weight, volume and loading units, so that this information can be factored directly into planning, optimisation and invoicing.
Site management
Management of all relevant locations (such as depots, loading and unloading points) which can be used in route planning to map routes, resources and time slots accurately.
Map data management
The software processes map data including zones, coordinates or road networks and uses this when calculating routes, to take into account traffic, road restrictions or no-entry zones, for instance.
Traffic and transport resources management
Vehicles, loading equipment, trailers, empty containers and other transport resources can be managed, taking their properties into account when planning and optimising and making the required data available on mobile devices.
Operations and central control
The system provides graphics-based scheduling, drag-and-drop features and manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic planning options, enabling clear management of routes, resources and drivers.
Job management
Jobs can be created manually or via an interface, enhanced with master data and transferred directly to route planning – including loading/unloading points, time slots and quantity data.
Route planning and optimisation
TMS Enterprise covers both strategic planning (such as master routes, area planning) and operational planning, uses its own optimisation algorithms and factors in parameters such as delivery times, vehicle capacity, traffic and toll charges.
Track and trace
Our system allows real-time monitoring of the vehicle fleet, comparison of actual and target data, real-time route status and warnings in case of issues – for reliable execution and control.
Freight cost management
