What does a typical workday look like for you?
When I come to the office, I start up the computer, and grab a cup of coffee (the coffee is very important). Then, open up all the tabs that I need during the day. Before starting anything, I check if there were any failed downloads in the last few days. During the day, I answer the questions that come in via email and also pick up support calls.
What role does customer feedback play in your work, and how do you use this feedback to improve FleetGO’s services?
Customer feedback has a significant impact on my day to day work. Being in direct contact with customers, I often receive valuable suggestions for improvements that can benefit both our team and our clients. Whenever we get an improvement request, we can quickly send it to the relevant departments to see if and how it can be implemented.
Can you give an example of a change or improvement that was implemented due to customer feedback?
The Vehicle Inspection App was developed in response to a customer’s request to perform digital walkaround checks within the same platform used for tracking and tachograph downloads. Because the relevancy, we integrated this feature into the platform and just launched it as a standalone product.
