Internally, we call our FleetGO AI-Assistant “Atlas”, but as a user, you are free to give it any name you prefer. In this blog, we explain the importance of artificial intelligence in logistics and how our solution contributes to this development.
Over the past period, we have worked intensively on an AI solution that is not only innovative, but above all delivers real added value. In close collaboration with our customers, we examined which tasks are the most time-consuming, which insights are crucial for daily operations, and which processes can be simplified and optimized with AI. This joint effort has resulted in the development of the FleetGO AI-Assistant.
FleetGO AI-Assistant is designed as a personal digital assistant within the TMS. It provides instant insight into all your data, but goes beyond simple reporting: Atlas recognizes situations and proactively informs you. Examples include the automatic recognition and processing of bill of loading and transport orders, a daily overview of deviations and exceptions, and direct analyses and reports on performance and operational processes. This enables you to make faster decisions and keep your operations running smoothly.
